The network equivalent of `ITensorOperator`: a tensor network with a pairing of its dangling output and input names, each pair on one vertex. `operator(tn, outputnames, inputnames)` constructs one, and `operator_support` accepts it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
